Product Characteristics of Woodworking Hot Melt Adhesive Woodworking hot melt adhesive is a high-end, high-temperature furniture edge-banding adhesive suitable for fully automatic edge-banding machines. It offers excellent feeding performance after melting, superior thermal stability, high bonding strength, and resistance to both high and low temperatures. Product Applications Primarily used in furniture manufacturing for edge-banding materials such as PVC, polyester, resin-impregnated paper, solid wood, and wood veneer. Usage Instructions for Woodworking Hot Melt Adhesive a) The structure of the edge-banding material and the operating environment may affect bonding performance; trial use is recommended beforehand. b) The surface of the edge-banding material should be free of dust and grease and treated under constant temperature and humidity conditions. c) Recommended application temperature: summer 150°C–180°C, winter 180°C–210°C (final temperature should be determined after testing). d) Feeding speed: 10–30 m/min.
